Refund Policy
1. Right to cancel within 14 days
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your Pro subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. We will refund the full amount you paid for that first payment, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your notice. This right applies to your first payment only; later renewals are not refundable.
2. How to withdraw
Use the withdrawal form below, or email legal@ambomcq.ie with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
3. Cancelling after the 14 days
You can cancel your subscription at any time using the Manage Subscription button on your Account page. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further payments are taken. See section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. It is sent to Ambo MCQ at legal@ambomcq.ie.
Please check your email address. We use it to find your subscription, so it should be the address linked to your Ambo MCQ account. If you're not sure, or you don't receive a confirmation email, just write to legal@ambomcq.ie and we'll sort it out.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: Ambo MCQ Pro subscription.
